FT Housekeeper in Dallas (75230) Royal/Preston
We are an entrepreneurial, go-getting family looking for an equally enterprising Full-Time Housekeeper to help us keep our home clean and tidy. We’re also a big and energetic crew—anywhere from 4-8 of us, we love our extended family, and they are coming and going at any given time. It’s a busy, nonstop home life and we can’t imagine it any other way.
We have a Full-Time Nanny for our two small kids, so kid care is covered. Naturally, you’ll need to work well alongside her, love on our little ones from time to time, and be uber- patient with the messes they sometimes create. The toys seem to show up everywhere!
Your focus primary focus will be on the house—keeping things clean, organized, and in good order. This includes maintaining a deep cleaning once a week and a regular cleaning schedule of your design just to make sure all the important areas are covered. Keeping us current on laundry is also part of each day’s tasks. As you might imagine, with 4 in our household, our crew can generate a steady supply of dirty clothes! The good news—no ironing required! We’re a wash-n-wear kind of family!
In addition to the regular, daily responsibilities, and the specific deep cleaning project once a week—we need help with projects like cleaning out/wiping down the fridge, organizing an overloaded closet, or straightening all those neglected bathroom cabinets—you know, those pesky areas that so often get overlooked but still need attention now and then.
Our outdoor areas will also require a bit of regular attention—things like wiping down patio furniture, airing out the cushions, and keeping things presentable for last-minute entertaining. We’d also ask that you maintain a home inventory list of all that you need to keep things clean—all the products, supplies, and equipment you prefer—and we’ll keep you well-stocked and ready to go!
Bottom line—we are a go-getting family, and we need a housekeeper to match our energy on the home front. We value taking initiative, strong character, and attention to detail. We need all your organizational skills, your passion for bringing order to a home, and your commitment to a job well done to help us be our best.
Lastly, because we have a bit of notoriety, we’ll need you to sign an NDA and maintain a code of confidentiality just to keep the fun at our house safe and secure within the house.
