We know excellence and are seeking a repeat performance in our new Nanny Manager.

Our previous nanny was excellent in so many ways, but is leaving us soon. As a result, we are looking for the cream of the crop Nanny Manager, someone who is committed to joining our family long term, and who will become a very trusted member of our tribe. We have two terrific daughters, 7- and 4-years-old who keep us laughing and entertained all day, every day.

They attend school until 2:30 p.m. each day during the school year. We enjoy handling the morning drop-offs as a way to start their days off great. During school hours, you can tend to the ‘manager’ aspect of the position by running errands, helping to keep the house tidy and picked up, keeping groceries fully-stocked, and whatever else mom needs that particular day.

When the afternoon school bell rings, you’re on to pick up the girls and get them to any necessary after-school activities or playdates. If there’s nothing on the schedule, it’s playtime until dinner time. Mom handles the cooking but needs your help meal prepping to keep things efficient. The girls have early bath times so as to have the remainder of the evening available for family time as much as possible. Once everyone is squeaky clean and pj’s are on, you are done for the day and we are beyond grateful.

Just as an added FYI – We moved here from Tokyo right at the start of the pandemic; as you can imagine, it was quite the adjustment in so many ways. We’re set to move into a new Preston Hollow home hopefully by year’s end, so that wonderful new house feeling will be your ‘office’ as soon as construction is complete. We will be in Japan for much of the summer and will return August 1st. We are looking forward to a new school year, a new home, and a wonderful new relationship with our nanny manager. Nothing would make us happier than knowing you were on board with us beginning in August.

We are an extremely private family and will ask you to sign an NDA upon hiring. We expect complete trustworthiness from you and will, in turn, offer you the same in a thriving family environment with benefits and rewards well beyond standard nanny positions. As important as all these details are though, most importantly we are offering a highly valued and greatly appreciated place in our family.

FT Executive Housekeeper in Dallas (75220) Walnut Hill/Inwood Rd.
Family: 176699
Location: Dallas, TX
Age(s): N/A
Start Date: ASAP or September
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday Full-time: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM. 30 hours minimum, will consider more
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $30-$35

Benefits:

  • Annual bonus based upon performance
  • 2 weeks of paid time off per year
  • 3-5 days of sick time
  • 9 Paid holidays: New year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

Start now or later – begin immediately or in September—you make the call!

It’s just the two of us in a spacious and elegant home—no kids, no pets, just lots of room to keep exceptionally clean and neat. We are looking for an executive housekeeper to bring a breath of fresh air to our otherwise very quiet home—someone who will go about their many responsibilities with a positive outlook and a willingness to go above and beyond when necessary.

Attention to detail is extremely important in all areas of the house. With 8 bedrooms and 10 baths, there is always something to be done even though most rooms remain unused for periods of time. You’ll need a good record of experience as a highly trained housekeeper, the willingness to receive instructions well, and a special graciousness when answering the door to guests.

Laundry and ironing (including bed sheets) are regular responsibilities as are dusting, polishing silver, and keeping closets in an exacting order. There will be occasional needs to deep clean different areas of the home as the seasons warrant.

We currently have a chef and a household manager who have become like family and are looking for a similarly close relationship with our housekeeper. Our former housekeeper was with us for 20+ years and was very beloved.

We will be traveling much of the summer, so if you choose to start before our June 3rd departure date, much of what you do will be self-initiated and more focused on areas best addressed when the house is not occupied. Upon our return in September, it will be back to business-as-usual with daily responsibilities and regular upkeep as the family needs.

Pick your start time and we will welcome you with open arms!

**Covid vaccine preferred, but not required.

We’re a bilingual family in Las Colinas looking for a full-time nanny (preferably bilingual, too!) to join our fun-loving and active family of four. We have a 3-year-old little girl and a 1-year-old little boy. They are complete opposites, so there’s never a dull moment!
Our daughter is outdoorsy, adventure-seeking, and goes a mile-a-minute! She loves a good game of chase, anything outside, and thrives on making us laugh. She is high-spirited in every way! Our son, on the other hand, is completely chill. Sweet and calm, he’s the perfect counterbalance to our high octane little girl. He’ll win your heart at first sight!
Both kids do best on our regular schedule which includes a 2-3 hour nap daily, so there’s a bit of a break to catch your breath and recharge. Mom is an expert meal prepper, so all meals and snacks are ready to grab and go.
Our big ask is that you love on them, educate as necessary, and keep them entertained and engaged. There will be a bit of kids’ laundry and pick up as part of each day. We guarantee 40 hours each week, though it will frequently be up to 45 hours. We are flexible on your daily start time and are open to half days on Friday so you can get an early start on your weekend!
We love putting our kids in extracurricular activities and having them play outside, so driving them to swimming lessons, school-related activities, or the park and zoo will be all part of the summer fun. Our 3-year-old is crazy curious, so we are looking to incorporate age-appropriate learning with all the fun.
We travel frequently both stateside and internationally and would love for you to accompany us. Naturally, all expenses will be covered plus a daily stipend. We are looking for someone to become a vital and trusted part of our family and commit to growing with us through the years.

Age(s): female 12/2016, female 05/2021
Start Date: ASAP, but can be flexible for the right person between now and August
Days & Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm (with some flexibility)

  • Opportunity for financial relocation assistance (max $1,000)

“We are an active, outdoorsy family living/working on a working bison ranch (plus turkeys, pigs, chickens, and lots of cats and dogs) in Fredericksburg, Texas. We moved permanently from Austin 3 years ago, and haven’t looked back. Our girls are full of energy and a love for exploring their natural environment. Our 5-year-old is active, active, active – loves reading, swimming, handstands, dancing, nature walks, and singing. Our 1-year-old is sweet, sweet – so very curious and observant, loving every second of every day, especially time visiting with the baby turkeys and exploring her environment. Our girls, while free-spirited, also thrive on routine and predictability. We are a screen-free home (with exceptions, obviously) and abide by a mostly Charlotte Mason philosophy (think Waldorf and Montessori). My husband and I have unpredictable schedules, often at the house all day working from the office or out of the house all day working with animals or on the land. It is important to us that we integrate our children into our daily lives and show them the love we have for the work we do. We want to instill a love for life, passion for the land, and a lifetime of curiosity in our girls in all we do.”

Family in Fredericksburg is seeking a nature-loving, education-minded Nanny for their two girls. Duties will include:

  • Providing all care, including dressing, changing, feeding/preparing children’s meals and snacks, putting down for naps, etc.
  • Engaging the children in age-appropriate, educational activities and play (no screen time):
  • Outdoors (mostly): spending time with ranch animals, encouraging children to do ranch chores (e.g., cleaning duck eggs), nature walks and adventures, exploring the creek, planting seeds, swinging, trips to area parks
  • Indoor: reading/writing, music, arts/crafts, games, having fun in the kitchen (baking, teaching kiddos about food preparation)
  • Keeping the common areas and children’s area tidy (e.g., wiping down counters, loading/unloading dishwasher, doing children’s laundry)
  • Transport older child to/from school 2 days/week (excellent driving record required; program may increase to 4 days/week or family may decide to have her do a school/homeschool hybrid)
  • The household is sensitive to toxins, so they have a non toxic household. It is very important that the nanny not make exceptions:

This includes:

  • Cleaning products, detergents, personal care products, food products
  • Perfumes, fragrances (unless essential oils), sanitizers, etc.
  • Cat dander (if nanny has a cat, the family prefers that Nanny change clothing prior to arrival)

Nanny will be:

  • Experienced, confident, capable, and experienced in all areas of toddler and school age care
  • Outdoorsy, energetic, and active, regardless of the hot or cold weather; a true nature lover
  • Nurturing, loving, and caring
  • Mindful, conscious, and respectful about the family’s personal household choices
  • An excellent communicator
  • Mutually respectful
  • Flexible to cover an occasional weekend day and/or evening when parents have events
  • A strong swimmer – the family has a pool and Nanny will take children swimming
  • Animal lovers – the family has an indoor labrador retriever (may need to refill water bowl or let in/out), 4 outdoor porch cats, and many other animals on the ranch
  • Comfortable with parents in and out during the day
  • It is a plus if a nanny has a background in education, Montessori, Waldorf, or the Charlotte Mason method, but at a minimum, Nanny must be willing to learn about the philosophies and implement them

This is a dream job for someone who wants to get out of the city and enjoy the beauty of the Texas Hill Country!

¿Hablas Español?

We’re a bilingual household, so speaking Spanish would be a huge bonus for us and our young son. He is a bit behind verbally, so we are seeking a part-time nanny who can help him take his talking game to the next level. (Remind us of this when he’s talking nonstop!) Bring your best verbal skills to help engage him, expand his vocab in both English and Spanish, and learn the magic of connecting with others.

Our little one is high energy and needs a nanny to match his level of excitement, fun, and sense of discovery. Playtime should be a mix—part-time nothing but superheroes, race cars, and building blocks and part-time intentionally learning-focused play. Silly songs, favorite books, and outside play are all part of day with our fun-loving little boy.

Mom and dad both work full-time; dad splits his time between home and the office while mom works only at home. Our days are pretty scheduled but easy to accommodate. When you arrive mid-morning, it’s playtime! Bring out the toys, the books, and the sidewalk chalk for a morning of fun. Break to prepare lunch and make sure our little guy really does eat a fair amount, and then back to playing and sneaking in a few ABC’s before naptime by mid-afternoon. Covid Vaccine required

And that’s all there is to it. Muy bueno!

Benefits:

  • 20 hours guaranteed
  • 2 weeks of paid time off per year
  • 3-5 days of sick time
  • 9 Paid holidays: New year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
Short Term FT Nanny in Frisco (75033) NDT/Eldorado PKWY

Location: Frisco (75033)
Age(s): 3 years old and almost 1-year-old
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Starts ASAP, through August 2022 Monday & Tuesday – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Wednesday & Thursday – 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.  Friday – 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $25-$28/hr.

Benefits:

  • 5 days paid time off
  • 2 Paid holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day

What do you call two little girls and two big dogs? A houseful of playful fun and lots of puppy kisses.

Our girls are 3 years old and almost 1-year-old; our pups are an English mastiff and a yellow lab—big but friendly! The dogs require minimal effort, but the girls need lots of engagement, educational playtime, meals, and love. They love an impromptu story time, snuggles, and a grown-up to join in the fun with their toys.

Before summer fully sets in, the girls love being outdoors in any way—a stroller ride through the neighborhood, a backyard picnic lunch, or a back porch pretend tea party. As temperatures soar, they’ll come to enjoy regular dips in the backyard pool (with all the proper floatation devices naturally!) at least once a day.

Dad works full-time away from the house, but mom is primarily focused on the kids and the house, with commitments and errands sprinkled  throughout the day. Our ask on the hours is a bit irregular but will hopefully bring with it a spark of opportunity. Each day may call for a slightly different shift in responsibilities—sometimes you prep lunch, other times it’s dinner; sometimes it’s getting everyone down for an afternoon nap, other times it’s bedtime. The variety will make each day fun and different and open to new possibilities.

We want our girls to greet each day with a fun, outgoing, and energetic outlook and hope you do as well. We know every day with our girls is an opportunity to shape and teach them, show them new discoveries, and model positive behavior. We look forward to you partnering with us in this tremendous endeavor. Sign NDA

There are regular, daily tasks to tackle, weekly responsibilities, and even a plan for seasonal deep cleaning. Our pups’ will come to love you dearly after taking them on a daily stroll. In addition to cleaning the designated areas on scheduled days, there will also be family laundry and household linens to wash, fold, and/or iron.

We are not looking for just another person to clean our home. We’re seeking a true cleaning professional—someone who takes pride in doing an excellent job, who works well with others as a team, and who appreciates working in beautiful, well-appointed surroundings.

Part-Time Night Nanny in Dallas (75209) Lovers/Inwood
Family: 176680
Location: Dallas, 75209
Age(s): Newborn
Start Date: Baby due June 24th
Days & Hours: 2 nonconsecutive nights per week; Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday; 9:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $30-$35/hr.

New little one is on the way and we need a night nanny beginning on Day 1!

This isn’t our ‘first rodeo,’ so to speak, in terms of newborns and that’s why we’re calling
for all hands on deck from the get-go. We know what we had before (colic and exhausting sleep deprivation) and we know what we’re going for this time around (glorious, restorative sleep!).

Our baby girl is due June 24th and we’d LOVE for you to be here to welcome her home
(and, let’s be honest, to give mama a good night’s sleep in her own bed!). We’re looking for
someone to come two nights a week, though preferably not back-to-back nights. Something like a Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday set-up. We’re flexible on the hours but are suggesting 10-hour shifts, probably 9:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Mom will nurse every three hours in the beginning with plans to increase the feeding
intervals as big girl’s tummy grows to hold more. We may also transition to pumping and bottles for nighttime feedings before too long. The end goal is a sustainable sleep schedule for mom and baby (and everyone else in the house, too!). Mom wants to handle the nursing and allow the night nanny to take care of the rest of the nighttime routine including diapering, swaddling, and getting sweet girl back to sleep again. During sleep times we’re asking that you keep a watchful eye on her just for our peace of mind.

We believe a calm caregiver contributes to a calm baby, so come capable but chill,
knowledgeable but not prone to overreacting. During feedings, we ask that you take care of some of the clean-up responsibilities such as washing bottles and pump parts, restocking the changing table, and emptying the diaper pail. Because we’ve got a bit of time before our little one’s arrival, we want to get to know you, hear about your previous experience with newborns, and any insights you’ve gleaned along the way. Help this soon-to-be second-time mama keep her sanity and be the night nanny dreams are made of. Covid Vaccination Required

Full Time Nanny Manager in Dallas (75230) Forest/Hillcrest
Family: 176665
Location: Dallas (75230)
Age(s): 11-year-old twins
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday 9am - 6pm
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $25/hr.

Benefits:

  • 2 weeks of paid time off per year
  • 3-5 days of sick time
  • 9 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

They’re twins, but different as night and day!

Literally, my 11-year-old twins were different from the beginning—one boy and one girl.
My son is into sports of all sorts. He’s a terrific athlete and always up for a game of anything!
He’s involved in his school’s drum line and even has an artistic side that shows up from time to time. My daughter is all about performing. Give her a stage and she’ll sing, dance, or act her heart out for anyone who will watch and listen.

They’re a super fun duo and as a single mom I have a front row seat to watching them
discover and develop their individual passions. I wouldn’t have it any other way, but juggling a job, a home, and all the activities is too much for this mama to do alone. I need a full-time
mother’s helper/nanny to help with all the comings and goings—the drop-offs and pick-ups, the keeping things picked up and put away, and a bit of meal prep when I’m not available. There will be trips to the grocery store and the dog groomer, helping with homework after school, and a few basic household administrative duties just to keep things running smoothly.

First and foremost, when you’re with the kids I ask that you be fully present, engaging
with them and helping out however they need it most. Our schedules change with the activities of the season—whatever the sport that’s being played, the musical production underway, or the lessons for all of it—we go with the flow and are an all-around flexible family and ask the same of you. For the most part, my work days end at roughly the same time but sometimes I have to stay late when meetings run long or deadlines are nearing. There may even be the ask for occasional weekend help, but I’ll provide all the advance notice possible.

We’re at an especially fun moment in the lives of my kids—somewhat self-sufficient, but
still needing the friendly help and support of the grown-ups in their lives. I’m looking for
someone to become one of those long-term terrific influences in their lives…and drive a lot of carpool along the way too!

Full Time Nanny in Dallas (75201) Skillman/Lovers
Family: 176673
Location: Dallas (75201)
Age(s): 4-year-old little girl and a newborn
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 6 PM Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM A normal week could be 50-59 hrs.
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $25-$30/hr.

Benefits:

  • 2 weeks of paid time off per year
  • 7 days of sick time
  • Paid federal holidays
  • Open to a monthly stipend for health insurance
  • Annual performance-based bonus

Nothing but playtime!

Bring your best energy and have a blast loving on and pouring into our two kids! We’ve got a 4-year-old little girl and a newborn son so we’re straddling the line between big kid playtime and newborn needs. Our daughter loves the one-on-one time but she’s also crazy-in-love with her little brother (most of the time!). And the newborn, well, he’s working on herculean feats like eating, sleeping, and pooping—the usual tricks for such a little one.

With both mom and dad working full-time (and then some!) we need a full-time nanny who can stay late when need and willing to put in extra hours as needed (with glorious overtime paid too!). We’ve got housekeeping help, so no dishes, dusting, or mopping will be on your radar—just full-time attention on the kids (including meals and kid laundry). Our daughter will attend preschool this fall full-time, so most of the time then will be focused on our littlest. What fun it will be to watch him cross developmental benchmarks and experience his ‘firsts’ in these upcoming few months!

Just as mom and dad work hard at their jobs, we’re looking for our nanny to do the same—nothing crazy, to be sure—just someone with a fair dose of motivation, initiative, and an all-around good problem solver. Mom has a few physical limitations, but nothing that can’t be overcome with your help.

We want every day to be a new opportunity—for you and our kids to grow and learn and have fun!

* Covid vaccine required.

Location: Dallas (75219)
Age(s): 5-month-old daughter
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu (to be finalized upon placement) 8 hrs./day
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $28-$30/hr.

 Benefits:

They’re a dynamic duo and you’ll love them both!

One wears diapers, ribbons, and bows; one is 60 precious pounds of snuggly puppy. Together, our delightful 20-week-old daughter and lovable couch-potato pooch have become fast friends. Our girl loves her puppy, and he loves her. She loves trying to pull up on him, puppy kisses (though not too many!), and watching him romp in her backyard. He loves walks around the neighborhood and considers himself to be her personal bodyguard. Our little one is a crazy happy baby and delight to engage with. She loves her play mat and is already a texture girl—give her a fuzzy swatch or a bumpy ball and she’s a happy baby!

We are looking for a full-time nanny/nanny manager/child educator to step in and mirror mom and dad’s prompts whenever they’re present and to take the lead when they’re not around. We’re not big on too much screen time and ask that playtime be developmental and/or educational much of the time. We have a regular schedule of naps and mealtimes, but our little one loves a fun walk to take in the neighborhood sites or trip to the park.

Both mom and dad are CPAs; dad ‘goes to work’ while mom mostly works out of a home office. The specific days are yet to be decided, but we’ll work with your requests as much as possible. Other than playing with and caring for our girl we’d love it if you could throw a load of her laundry in as needed and be in charge of her meal prep (a pretty basic task at this point in the game!).

We travel from time to time and would LOVE for you to join us—for the adventure and for help with our growing girl. We’ll naturally cover your expenses and just ask for childcare as needed for business obligations and/or an evening out for mom and dad. We want our memories to become your memories and for this to be a long-term partnership benefitting us all. Covid vaccine preferred, but not required.

Change is coming to our house!

Right now, we’re home to an active 3-year-old little boy but come July he will be promoted to ‘Big Brother.’ We’re over-the-moon excited and doing our best to be geared up and ready in all the ways. We’re looking for a Mother’s Helper to become part of our family for the long-term and to help us raise our young son initially and our newborn upon his/her arrival.

Before we become a family of four, we’re savoring the last few months of our fun-loving little boy. He’s a bundle of energy that packs a lot of activity into every single day. He is 100% boy and loves playing outside every chance he gets. A perfect day for him includes riding his bike, playing golf, digging in the yard, and playing anything pretend construction. Give him a ball, a shovel, or a pint-sized backhoe and he’ll be your best friend forever!

When you’re not digging for earthworms or building imaginary cities, feel free to do some indoor activities such crafts, games or story time. Because he is so active, you’ll need to be firm, but loving, and willing to set the occasional boundary. Until the end of May he goes to school from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Once summer gets underway, he’ll be attending a summer day camp from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. much of the time.

Naturally, all this coming and going sometimes calls for you to help with drop-offs and pick-ups from school or the occasional outside activities and playdates. We’ll supply all the necessities to make this happen—the vehicle, a cell phone, and contact info—to keep things running smoothly.

We’re also needing our Mother’s Helper to be very hands on in the day-to-day activities and fulfill many of the basic household responsibilities including laundry, meal prep, and general pick-up and organization in the kids’ area.

About mom and dad – mom will be in and out throughout the day; dad works away from home and travels occasionally. We also travel somewhat regularly both as a couple and as a family. When it’s just mom and dad, (a weekend or two a month) we’ll need childcare round-the-clock; when we travel as a family, we’ll need an extra set of hands, too.

We’re in Spartanburg, South Carolina and are happy to help with relocating expenses. We’ve had a terrific nanny for the last three years, but a family move on her part has us looking for just the right fit for our growing family. We are a private, but very loving family who is excited about welcoming someone new into our family. (Re: the privacy bit, we ask for your signature on an NDA just for peace of mind.) Covid vaccine required.

Dust bunnies be gone!
Life is about to change for us come early July when we welcome our first child, and we are looking to have a jump on getting and keeping things clean and organized before our new bundle arrives. We are looking for a part- to full-time housekeeper for our home in Highland Park for a working soon-to-be mom and dad. One of us works from home and the other alternates between home and the ‘real’ office. We’ve got full-time baby care already arranged, so for now, you’re free from diaper duty! (Though we can discuss help with the baby later on if you’re interested.)
Our home is 4,000 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms and 5-1/2 baths as well as 2 home offices. It’s two-story so you’ll get a bit of cardio in throughout the day as a bonus! We only have guests maybe once a month (though probably a bit more in the first few weeks after the baby arrives), so the guest rooms require very little maintenance. Most of our cleaning and organizing work is needed in our master bedroom, the kitchen, family room, and the nursery when the baby arrives (so maybe you will see a diaper now and then!).
We try to keep things picked up and put away, but even the best intentions get pushed aside sometimes when life gets busy. And that’s why you would be so truly valuable to our family! We need a partner to help keep all the balls in the air, so to speak. Sure, there’s general cleaning to keep the rooms tidy and a fair dose of overall household management (mostly inventory tracking and maintenance) to keep our pantries stocked and fridges full, but we’ve got a few special requests, too. Our collection of antiques and silver needs the occasional touch of tender loving care. This means being extra careful when cleaning all the nooks and crannies of delicate pieces and polishing the silver to help it sparkle and shine. It’s not an all-day/everyday event, just an as needed task with special consideration. The same holds true for the down-and-dirty deep cleaning—just on occasion and just as needed.
Laundry is an on-going responsibility (isn’t it for everyone?!) as are running the errands necessary to keep things running smoothly. (We know—gas is crazy expensive right now; we’ll handle that!) Meal prep is occasional, usually a simple breakfast before we get to work.
It’s about to be an exciting time at our house and we want you here for it! There’ll be bottles and blankets, gifts and goodies—and your help will be more valuable than ever. We hope to make it a long-term relationship and that you can look back years from now and say, “I remember when you came home from the hospital,” to our first-born!

Okay, we’ll admit it—we’re more than just a smidge partial, but we’re pretty sure we’ve got the absolute CUTEST baby boy in all of Grapevine. He just turned 1 last month and we couldn’t be more excited. He’s doing all the things and exploring each and every corner of the house and yard. It’s crazy watching our little guy transition from baby to full-blown toddler, but wonderful to see his personality peeking through a little more each day.

It’s just the three of us – mom, dad, and baby—so we’re a pretty low-maintenance crew. Dad works outside the office and travels often; mom works full-time from home, and that’s where you come in—a part-time nanny to love on and care for our sometimes-wobbly walker and full-time curious little man. We need you to be organized, kind, and totally reliable, and we’re looking for someone who has done this before. Covid vaccine preferred, but not required.

Other important duties are laundry and linens for the child, meal prep for the child, light housekeeping (dusting and vacuuming common areas), occasional errands for the mother (example: grocery store). Waking hours, we hope to be playful and somewhat educational (but hey, at this point, everything is educational!). Trips to the park, store outings, or playdates can also keep your days full and enjoyable for you both!

We’re so looking forward to meeting you and welcoming you into the rhythm of our small family.

He only goes to school for half the day and comes home for lunch and quiet time. He loves his wooden trains and magnitiles, and can play with them for hours. Our youngest is just 14 months. He is a big boy and is already climbing and running. He even has a few words. He is still on a two-nap-a-day schedule but is showing signs he might be ready to transition to one nap. He is a happy boy who greets everyone with a charming and chubby-cheeked smile. He will be joining his big brother at school in August for half a day.
We love schedules in our home and believe that it gives the children a needed sense of order. We have the boys in activities but don’t believe in over-scheduling them. Full time Nanny in Las Colinas (75063) HWY 114/ Beltline

Benefits:

  • 8 PTO days
  • 3 sick days
  • 6 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

Our ‘littles’ need lots of loving! We’ve got two precious girls—ages 3-1/2 years and just-
turned-1. They’re full of giggles and all things girly. They’re bubbly, curious, full of energy, and very social. Mom’s got lots of responsibilities (don’t they all?!) and needs a full-time nanny to oversee the girls’ care during the day.

Our oldest goes to ‘big girl school’ three days a week so drop-off and pick-up assistance
will be necessary. Girlfriend’s social life is also picking up so playdates and birthday parties are sure to be on the uptick. Little sister still takes a fairly long afternoon nap; while Sleeping Beauty rests we’re looking for help with basic household chores such as handling the kids’ laundry and tidying up. Not to worry—we’re not talking wiping down baseboards or scrubbing showers; more like tossing towels into the wash, changing the girls’ sheets once a week, and keeping their bedrooms and playroom picked up. If naptime doesn’t pan out, playing with and loving on our little ladies always takes priority over any household extras.

We love an afternoon tea party and building forts on rainy days, but we’re also looking to
double dip on playtime whenever possible—that is, to make it fun and intentional, educational and enjoyable. Again, we’re not talking the Pythagorean Theorem (yet!); really more just exploratory and compelling—things like discovering rainbows, watching seeds sprout in paper cups, and maybe even making a tabletop volcano. Our summer will be busy with impromptu picnics, adventures at the park, and trips to the zoo. When the crazy Texas heat sets in, there will be arts and crafts, storybook times, and a well-shaded wading pool to escape to.

At days’ end, what matters most is filling our girls’ days with love and laughter,
opportunities and education. We’re looking for a long-time association, for someone wanting to wholeheartedly invest in our family, and for someone seeking a relationship, not just a job.

Help us stay healthy!

We’re looking for a full-time family chef to help our family eat well and eat together.
We’re needing someone well-versed in creative and healthy meals with a wide variety of
offerings in their mealtime repertoire. We’re working hard to say no to processed foods, sugary snacks, and ‘so long’ to all of that tacky food dye. We’re into fresh, fresh, fresh. Think straight from the grocer or farmer’s market to our table. We’ll give you free reign over what to buy and what to stock as you learn our family’s likes and dislikes. We’ll try new things and new methods and ask that you take notes on what’s a hit and what’s better left off the menu. It will be a collaborative effort but will also be part of the fun of us getting to know one another. Who’s the pickiest? Who likes their eggs scrambled, not poached? And who could eat their weight in your signature dish? Breakfast should be ready by 8:30 a.m., lunch at noon, and dinner at 5:00 p.m. We ask that you keep the kitchen (i.e., your arena) clean and sanitized and keep a watchful eye on maintaining our kitchen supplies and equipment. Come for the adventure; stay for the fun of creating new traditions with our family. Meatloaf Monday? French toast Fridays? Or al fresco lunches in the spring? We’re looking forward to your culinary creations!

Nobody’s got time for the drama, so suit up for a team effort and pack your best make-it-happen mindset. We’ve got a ‘large and in charge’ kind of home, lots of square footage spread out over one story, that requires a good dose of stamina to keep clean and organized.

  • We’ve got lots of comings and goings for business, school, and play and need our home to be entertainment-ready at all times. This includes all the usual daily tasks such as bathrooms, floors, dusting, laundry, beds, the kitchen, and garbage disposal.

Where once there were three, there soon will be four!

We’re a Plano family expecting our second child (a daughter!) in June. She’ll join her 3-year-old big sister as our family expands. We are seeking a part-time nanny to grow right alongside our family. With all the excitement a newborn brings, there’s also lots of special baby needs, too, and that’s where you come in. Bottles to wash, diapers to change, and crib sheets to keep fresh! The good news—there’ll also be lots of baby snuggles, lullabies, and exciting milestones with our sweet girl.

When little sister is snoozing, our hope is for our older daughter to have your undivided attention. This includes helping her get dressed and ready for the day, planning educational activities, and pulling out the glue sticks and crayons for some crafty creations. She loves playing outside and when the temperatures soar, we’ve got a three-foot pool if you’re comfortable taking a shallow dip with her.

Both girls will need their laundry taken care of, bed linens changed regularly, and their respective play areas kept picked up and organized. Toys are rotated regularly just to keep playtime fresh and fun. On the scheduled evenings when you’re with the girls, helping with mealtime and bathtime bubbles is part of the routine.

Dad works in an office mostly and mom works part-time on a non-profit of their own creation. She’ll have occasional appointments to make and functions to attend but will be home whenever possible and hands-on with her crew. When we travel as a family, we would welcome you to join us wherever and whenever possible.

We’re looking for our nanny to have a servant’s heart both to serve and tend to our family’s needs but also to model this for our impressionable young girls. No Covid vaccine required.

Free toothbrushes for everyone!

Seriously, we’re a two-dentist family, so you know we’ve got all the toothbrushes, floss, and tiny tubes of toothpaste you could ever want or need! Our practices are thriving these days and that means more time tending to other people’s cavities, molars, and toothaches. Because of this, we’re in need of a terrific part-time nanny manager for our two kids, ages 6- and 9-years-old. They’re delightful little people and overall fun to play with and be around.

Our primary emphasis would be on engaging with our kids, organizing constructive and creative play, and steering them clear of screen time. We’ve got a huge backyard that’s a terrific setting for outdoor games of all sorts (think hidden treasures, picnics beneath shade trees, and water balloons). In addition to playtime, we’re asking for assistance with the kids’ laundry and general pick-up in their areas. Occasionally we’ll ask you to make a grocery store run to help keep us stocked on healthy options to make snacking and mealtimes easier. Because our son has pretty severe food allergies and, well, he’s still a kid, he sometimes needs a bit of help in making the wise/correct food choices. Fortunately, you’ll be able to control most of that through the handling of the daytime snacks and meal prep.

Your days will begin at the house tending to household responsibilities followed by school pick-up and after-school playtime. During the school year, your days will start a bit later at 9:45 a.m., but summertime days will begin at 7:45 a.m. When after-school or summer activities are scheduled, we’ve got a car for all the kid shuttling.

We’ve got two kitties who are living their best life and usually keep to themselves for the better part of the day. Also, because our patients depend upon us no matter what we’ve got going on at home, we’ll need you even on days when the kids might be fighting a tummy bug or feeling less than 100%. (Think of all those antibodies you will build!)
We’re looking forward to a summer of fun and games, memories and adventures, and hope you’ll be part of it! Covid vaccine preferred but not required

Family: 176551
Location: Dallas (75240)
Age(s): N/A
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: Monday- Friday 40 weekly hours generally, but flexibility is an absolute MUST
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $35-$40/hr.

Benefits:

  • 16 days PTO. (PTO can be used for vacation, sick time, and any other personal time off)
  • Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k
  • 8 Paid Holidays – subject to change based on client needs
We’ll need you to bring your ‘A game’ as our personal and administrative executive assistant. We are a family business who operates mostly from our home base so that’s where you’ll work most of the time. You need to know going on, the offices are upstairs (two grand staircases), so climbing stairs (sometimes carrying packages up to 30 lbs.) mustn’t be an issue. (Think built-in cardio!). As far as dress, we’re a conservative group, so please no bare shoulders, knees, or chest—just trying to keep it classy in the workplace!

Naturally, we’ll need you to be comfortable (think intermediate-to-advanced level) with many of the workplace software programs—Excel, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and more on both PCs and Macs. And experience is a must, a minimum of five years—either as an administrative assistant in an office setting or working for owners such as ourselves in family-owned businesses. Of chief importance is communication—both verbally and written. As a representative of both our business and our family, you’ll need to be top-notch.

We travel for work and for leisure and as such, our itineraries can sometimes be a bit complicated. We’ll need you to be a whiz at handling all the details to make our trips as seamless as possible. Along with our travel comes lots of coordination of our calendars—knowing who is going where, what they’ve got booked for next Wednesday, and can they make a meeting Monday at 9 a.m. There’ll be a bit of accounting too—things like reconciling and managing business and personal insurance policies, bank accounts, and credit cards. The A/R and A/P may need a bit of tallying from time to time too. All the numbers, all the accounts!

Beyond the business responsibilities, we’ll need a bit of help in terms handling and coordinating our personal and home-related tasks. Things like running errands, managing home projects (being the contact person for and handling quotes and contracts with repairmen, interior decorators, landscapers, etc.), and maybe even returning a dress that didn’t work out.

And now the biggie—flexibility! (And we’re not talking Pilates-style flexibility!) It is absolutely imperative that your schedule be flexible enough to accommodate our manager’s busy days and nights. We love a long-term relationship and hope you do too!

Our previous nanny manager was with us for 6 years and we loved her dearly! Our kids are just on the precept of all things school, making friends, and after school activities such as lessons and playdates. At 4- and 6-years-old they’re at a terrific age to hang out with, have fun with, and still be goofy with. They’re fun-loving, well-behaved, and love to be going and doing, playing and trying new things.

We’re a busy family with a variety of needs for our nanny manager. During school, there’s pick-up duty, serving up a healthy snack, and transportation to any after-school activities. Towards evening, there’s all the prep work that needs to be done to be ready for the next day (think determining objects to take and stories to tell for Show-n-Tell, making 100 days of school posters, etc.) as well as making and serving their dinner.

As school winds down, your hours would transition from part-time to full-time and lots more kid time to play games, get creative, and go places together. With so much fun to squeeze in, summertime hours will be a minimum of 40/hrs. a week.

Because we know our kids will look to you as an example, we’re wanting the best possible example ever! You don’t need a super hero cape, just a handful of admirable traits like being punctual and totally reliable. If you’ve earned a few merit badges in problem-solving and forward-thinking, all the better.

When you’re not on kid-duty, there will be just a few household responsibilities including going to the grocery store and dry cleaners, making UPS drop-offs, and handing a return now and then. Laundry and light tidying up round out our requests.

If you’ve operated on a school schedule most of your life, this gig is for you! Make some serious money during the summer and have lots more free time once school begins—the best of both worlds! Covid vaccine preferred but not required.

Occasional overnights are required.
