Weekend Nanny Manager Near Mt. Bonnell

Family in the Mt. Bonnell area (off 2222/MoPac) is seeking a professional, flexible Nanny to be a part of their caregiving team as a weekend Nanny. Nanny will be experienced, confident, and capable in all areas of baby and toddler care including feeding, bathing, dressing, changing, putting down for naps, etc. Nanny will engage the child in indoor and outdoor activities that promote growth, development, and education such as reading, playing, arts/crafts, music, games, walks, etc. Household duties will also include keeping the child’s areas and common areas tidy, preparing the child’s meals, meal prep for the family (chopping, washing, pre-heating, boiling water, etc.), washing dishes/emptying dishwasher, wiping counters, doing child’s laundry, cleaning play area/toys, bottles, etc. (particularly once child goes to bed; will be hiring a housekeeper for deep cleaning.) The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be proactive to assist and support the family, and be extremely flexible and adaptable. Bilingual is a plus. Nanny will follow the child-rearing philosophies and values of the family. Parents intend to grow the family, and are seeking a long-term fit. Nanny will overlap slightly with morning/day nanny, and will be an excellent communicator to make the transition smooth. Post-COVID, family will be back to traveling frequently (once every month or two), and would like nannies to be available for travel as needed (will alternate; passport required). Dad works from home (temporarily due to COVID), and Mom attends online school.

NOTE: Candidates must be following all procedures advised by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for Coronavirus exposure prevention outside of their work hours (masks, hand washing, limiting contact/group sizes, social distancing, etc.). Initial interviews will be conducted virtually using Facetime, Zoom, etc.
