Part-Time Housekeeper in Central Austin (Tarrytown)

Schedule notes: Employer is also open to 20 hours being spread out over anywhere from 3-5 days to week as long as it is a consistent schedule. (For example, it could also be 4 hours per day, 5 days per week or 5 hours per day, 4 days per week.)

Household in Tarrytown is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper for their 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home.
Duties will include:

• Daily maintenance (making beds, laundry, cleaning kitchen, dishes, counters, dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, bathrooms, taking out trash, etc.)
• Deep cleaning of the home (refrigerator, baseboards, changing/washing linens, etc.)
• Sweeping patios and wiping down patio furniture, sweeping garage, and sweeping and tidying garage approx. 1x per week
• Projects such as organizing (e.g., closets, pantry), purging refrigerator/pantry for expired food, etc.
• Light food preparation including washing and chopping fruits and veggies
• Manage any contractors/vendors for repairs, deliveries, etc. when employers are out

Housekeeper will need to be:

• A proactive, self-starter who takes initiative
• Efficient
• Flexible
• Positive and kind-hearted
• Punctual and reliable
• Seeking a long-term position
• COVID vaccinated and boosted
• Dog-friendly – the family has one medium-sized Australian Shephard
• Child-friendly – there are two little ones that live in the home (in school)
• Spanish speakers welcome!
