Family in Leander is seeking a mature, proactive Nanny Manager for their two children. Children are in school until 2:50pm, so the beginning of the day will start with light tidying of common areas (dishes/dishwasher, counters, sweeping, etc.), errand running, family laundry, and other helpful activities (family employs a housekeeper for deep cleaning). Nanny will use their own vehicle for on-the-job driving (gas reimbursed). The family has two dogs, and the nanny would be responsible for walking them during the day. When the children are home, Nanny should engage them in age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities that will encourage growth and development. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, organized, and willing to take initiative. The family is Christian, and they would appreciate a nanny that respects their values. Both parents work full time from a home-based office. One child has a nut allergy, so the nanny would not be able to bring any nuts into the home. Nanny must be a strong swimmer, as the family has a pool in their backyard. Family is requiring the Covid vaccine.
