Full-Time Lead Nanny Manager in Westlake

Family moving to Texas (most likely Westlake) is seeking a warm, proactive, and organized Lead Nanny Manager. Nanny will need to be experienced, confident, and capable in all areas of baby, toddler, and preschool care, including dressing, preparing bottles/meals and feeding, changing, putting down for naps, and engaging in age-appropriate play and developmental activities. Nanny will also keep common areas and children’s areas tidy (put away toys, folding laundry, load/unload dishwasher, wipe down counters and sweep after meals, etc.). The family employs a housekeeper for deep cleaning. The ideal candidate will create a schedule/routine, be education-minded, be a team player (willing and able to jump in where needed), and have excellent communication skills. Lead Nanny will serve as a guide and provide clear direction to Afternoon Nanny. Nanny will also have one afternoon that includes 2-year-old, and one afternoon that includes the 4-year-old, in order to allow for girls to spend time with their brother. Both parents work from home. Dad will be in and out, and Dad typically does the cooking for the adults, so nannies will need to be comfortable with both parents as employers. The family travels several weeks per year – often to another home in Utah, and occasionally internationally (Dad is from the Netherlands), so nannies may be asked to travel at times (the family employs 3 nannies, but only one nanny at any given time). Family prefers COVID vaccinated candidates unless there is a medically documented reason (in which case candidate should be adhering to practices that provide protection).
