Full-Time Nanny Manager in Spanish Oaks
- 10 days of vacation per year, 3-5 days of sick time
- 8 Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

Schedule: Nanny rotates with a second nanny – each will work 8:00am – 8:00pm for 2 days on, then have 2 days off. They will rotate every other weekend. When nanny is working the two days, they will stay overnight, and will be paid an extra stipend for each overnight. Some flexibility may also be requested for events, etc.
Family in Spanish Oaks is seeking an education-minded, organized, and creative Nanny Manager. Nanny will provide care, prepare meals, and engage the child in indoor and outdoor activities, games, crafts, etc. In the fall, when he starts attending school Mon-Thur, Nanny will provide household assistance such as organizing toys and play area, planning/prepping educational activities, running errands including grocery shopping (family employs a full-time housekeeper). The family is looking to grow in the future, so the nanny must also have infant and baby experience, and be looking for a long-term position. There will be some travel (roughly 3 times/year for a week or so at a time), which will be primarily domestic, but could potentially involve international travel, so a passport will be required. The ideal candidate will be proactive, easy-going, positive, and energetic. Dad works full-time and Mom does not work outside the home, but is in and out with responsibilities. Nanny must be COVID vaccinated.
