Full-Time Nanny in Westlake
- 10 days of vacation per year, 3-5 days of sick time
- 2.5 Paid holidays off: Thanksgiving Day, 1/2 day Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
- 1.5x salary for 3 holidays if they fall on a workday: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day
Family in Westlake is seeking a mature, highly experienced Nanny for their newborn. Nanny must be confident, capable, and highly experienced in all areas of infant and baby care, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and facilitating naps. Nanny will engage the child in activities that will encourage growth and development. Household duties will include keeping common, baby and playroom tidy, including washing bottles, emptying dishwasher, child’s laundry, organizing, errands, manage all children’s clothing/provisioning, assist from time to time with 4-year-old siblings (split time with other parent), transport older children to/from activities (excellent driving record required), and other miscellaneous tasks as needed (family also employs a full-time housekeeper). Candidate will have many years of experience, be nurturing, maintain professionalism at all times, and have a positive, can-do attitude. Nanny will be required to wear a uniform (scrubs) provided by the family. Travel will include roughly 3-4 trips per year (primarily domestic) of about 10-14 days each, and a passport may eventually be required. Dad works full time and Mom does not work outside the home.
NOTE: Candidates must be following all procedures advised by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for Coronavirus exposure prevention outside of their work hours (masks, hand washing, limiting contact/group sizes, social distancing, etc.). Initial interviews will be conducted virtually using Facetime, Zoom, etc.
