Family in Barton Creek is seeking a conscientious, proactive and punctual Nanny Manager. Candidate must be taking the CDC practices extremely seriously, both on and off the job, to avoid being exposed to COVID-19. The 4-year-old has an immunoglobulin A deficiency, which results in respiratory issues and frequent colds. Nanny will engage the children in age-appropriate, indoor and outdoor activities and games to encourage growth and development. Nanny should be active and creative, and educational, as family does not want the children on screens. Due to the recent update regarding school, the ideal Nanny Manager will assist with distant learning if/when the children have an adjusted school schedule. As time allows, Household responsibilities will include grocery shopping, children’s laundry, preparing children’s lunches and dinners, keeping the kitchen and children’s rooms tidy, and to guide the children in cleaning up after themselves. There may be some transportation to/from school / pre-school when / if that starts back up. Family has a small, hypoallergenic dog (Czesky terrier), but the nanny will have limited pet responsibilities such as occasional walks. Mom works from home and Dad is temporarily working from home (through the end of the year).
NOTE: All nannies must be following all procedures advised by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for Coronavirus exposure prevention. Initial interviews will be conducted virtually using Facetime, Zoom, etc.
