Family in River Oaks is seeking an experienced, hands-on, assertive, and organized Personal Assistant/House Manager. Candidate will provide direction and management to the housekeeper, and serve as the Employer’s advocate and point of contact for vendors and contractors (ensure standards and procedures for construction, repairs, landscaping, etc.). The candidate will be self-confident, decisive, hands-on, have a can-do attitude, and assist in a wide variety of tasks from housesitting, to maintaining and replenishing household supplies (typically placing an order for delivery), scheduling, errands, driving and infrequent supervision of Employer’s child from time to time (female, 6 yrs old), and procuring meals and meal prep (cooking is a plus). The ideal candidate will be professional, hard-working, discreet, and proactive. Employer does not work outside the household.
NOTE: All candidates must be following all procedures advised by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for Coronavirus exposure prevention. Initial interviews will be conducted virtually using Facetime, Zoom, etc.
