San Antonio family is seeking a highly intelligent and organized individual needed to plan and manage life for a busy executive and wife. The position will also have significant inter-personal operational responsibilities.The ideal candidate will have experience as a personal assistant to a high profile or high net individual and be well versed in booking luxury travel, arranging for household help, communicating with family advisors on financial and insurance matters and be comfortable running errands and handling matters related to the business. The candidate must be upbeat, articulate, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have an overall “can-do” service oriented attitude. The right applicant will be tirelessly attentive to detail, and able to juggle multiple competing priorities and to foresee potential problems and plan contingencies accordingly.

Plan and organize parties, special events and dinners.
Oversee shopping and travel preparation. Serve as personal valet to the household. ? Make family travel arrangements including flight, hotel, passport processing, visas etc.
Perform personal shopping requirements as needed.
Make personal appointments as required.
Manage household employees for personal use.
Work with management companies on all bill payment and insurance for all family properties.
Coordinate all household needs, repairs and any staff working in the home including liaison with caretaker
Supervise, interview, hire and arrange for payment for all household staff
Handle all administration associated to family vehicles including payment of insurance, registrations, inspections, garage and maintenance.
Handle all family health insurance claims, appointments and reconciliation of payments
Liaison with International banking.
Liaison with all sponsors on terms needed to fulfill by client.
Liaison with team (financial planner, CPA, and advisors)
Manage interview requests and set up interview times
Manage non-profit requests and set up donations.
Manage website and updates.
Manage business acquisitions and proposals to necessary parties.
1. Must be comfortable with multi-tasking as well as performing errands.

Administrative Assistant: 3 year (Preferred)
Hours: full time with flexibility and ability to travel very frequently (domestic and internationally)
Pay: $65K-$85K per year
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours: 40 hours per week (flexibility required)
Pay Rate (pre-tax): $65,000-$85,000/year
